      Although we are located in the heart of Port Charlotte, Oaks IV is nestled in its own little paradise.  Once you enter Oaks IV, you are in awe of its Floridian oak trees and well-constructed, two-story, stucco buildings that are well positioned throughout the complex.  The serenity that comes over you gives you the feeling that this is a place where you belong.

 

      Our residents come from all over the country, but once they arrive at Oaks IV, they become part of a bigger family.  We feature pot lucks, card playing, swimming, shuffleboard and bocce.  You only have to drive a few miles to our Cultural Center where they offer theater, hobbies and arts and crafts.  You can be as active as you would like or just sit back and take in the beauty of your surroundings.
